1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the echo33 website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

echo33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on echo33, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if it changes;
• You are registering only one (1) account in your own name — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited;
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on echo33:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible;

• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours;
• echo33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside of echo33's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

echo33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• echo33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• echo33's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Users of echo33 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including chip dumping in poker or other table games;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing echo33 staff or other users;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a ban.

echo33 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the echo33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of echo33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of echo33.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, echo33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game software;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any actions taken by echo33 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

echo33's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your echo33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

echo33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming

echo33 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered users:
